Im Haus gibt es drei Feuerstellen für Holz.

• Zentralheizung mit Anschluss Heizkörper für jedes Zimmer.
• Küche mit Holzherd.
• Kachelofen in Stube (Derzeit in privater Nutzung.).

Das Brennholz wird gesondert abgerechnet, siehe Preise. Kein Feuer ohne vorherige Einweisung.

Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich hier um ein altes Bauernhaus handelt und der Punkt Wärme in meherer Hinsicht die Aufmerksamkeit aller im Hause lebenen Personen in Anspruch nimmt. Wird Holz nachgelegt, dann ist es warm, wird kein Holz nachgelegt, kann das Haus auskühlen.

Es sind für die kältere Jahreszeit elektrische Radiatoren vorhanden, welche auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt werden können. Der Strom dafür ist zu begleichen.
